Hi I ordered a phone vis upgrade with switch up last week and it kept getting deliver attempted all week which no one was in al week. So I contacted O2 support and got it changed to Saturday and now the tracking isn't updating so I'm guessing outs not coming today and no one will be in all next week. Can I cancel the order today and switch up in store tomorrow or do I have to wait till O2 have the device back?

Everyone is working Monday - Friday and asked if I could change it to click and collect when making the order they told me to contact support who said I'll have to cancel the order of I want to do click and collect so I changed it to Saturday.

@Mattpwns  - Switch Up brings its own peculiar set of challenges, particularly if you choose to upgrade this way without going to an O2 store in person with some photo ID.  However, it now looks like you are in contact with the sales team via phone - you can also message them on Social Media at any one of the links here, be persistent:
