Just received another email from O2 informing me that they are changing my account or tariff or something, and a reminder that as of April 25 my tariff will be going up AGAIN by another £1.80 a month. What started off as a good tariff price a couple of years ago (£36/month) has turned into approx £43.60/ month.

I know it's all in the small print, but what choice do people have. I'm sick and tired of getting messages saying my contract is going up AGAIN!😡😡😡😡. SERIOUSLY THINKING OF JUMPING TO TESCO MOBILE AT END OF CONTRACT.

@Handymanphill22

If you get the email you can cancel your airtime, (you will still need to pay any device plans). AND all networks are doing this of between £1 per month upto £4 per month, depending on tariff..

o2 are forcing it on people and seem to be first to do so, but others will follow...   Thanks OFCOM for changing how these changes are now calculated from a percentage to a £ and Pence version...

Get a PAC code off O2 and move your number to Tesco

Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
