Today I visited the Stamford Branch with a network issue. I was served by Adam, who was most knowledgable and sorted my problem without any issues. He also advised me on a better value plan for my usage.
I can't fault Adam's customer service and hope there is a way to pass this on him.
I am a happy O2 customer. Johanna
