I wanted to post a massive thank you on here for Atisham (Upgrades & Retention Department) who has single handedly restored my faith in 02.
After taking on a new contract and moving over from EE, I had a diabolical experience from various teams, passed from pillar to post trying to resolve an incorrect contract cost. Sound simple right....apparently not 🫣😂
This was until I got through to Atisham (approx 9th person into a 2 hour call) who not only was patient but actually resolved the matter instantly. Top tier customer service skills and I'll be honest I would have him upskilling the rest of the 8 people who could learn a great deal.
Keep being you Atisham and, thanks again for saving and 02 customer who was about 2 minutes from cancelling the contact 👏👏
