Payment by Text

3 times I have tried to pay my bill, twice by text and once online - couldn't complete any of the transactions. After the 4th attempt (by dialing 202) I mangaged to pay my bill - YOU HAVE NOW CUT MY PHONE OFF!! MORONS!! The text method offers the ability to pay and stop the process of restriction of service yet I couldn't send the text because you have restricted my phone, I tried online and there was a page error - I have the pics as proof!!

You need to contact them either via webchat or landline unless you can borrow a friend's phone who is on O2. Contact numbers are at the bottom of the page.

I would think about setting up a direct debit so that this doesn't happen again.

If you couldn't pay by text it was probably as you were already cut off, that is normal.

The online thing, not sure what happened, if you just tried once, maybe just a glitch.

Even though you paid by phone, as you done this after you tried the texts (when your phone was already cut off) it will now begin to reverse the restrictions.

I guess it's so much easier to blame someone else than accept responsibilty for something which is your own fault.

The bill date is the final date by which you have to pay, beyond that the roof falls in.

Hi and Welcome to the forum.

Things like this happen.

Instead of blowing a gasket and raising your blood pressure just do as Jonsie says and your service will return to normal ,and you can get back to enjoying using your phone.

Take care.
