I get that they're rather busy, but 20 minutes wait isn't fair IMO, especially not at 5p a minute (I was on to the 0844 PAYG CS number, not on 202)..
If they played cheesy middle of the road 80s Pop like Plusnet I wouldn't mind so much, but they don't.

Not sure, but O2 is one of the best when it comes to communicating via the web IMHO.
I tend to log onto my account online to get all the details and then accept an O2 chat and paste in my queries and let them sort it out and you've got a trail of the conversation.
They tend to get busy at certain times of the year, like when a new iPhone is released and tend to be slow around that time even online as some people take forever to type their query so they answer multiple queries from different customers at the same time.

And the reason I have an O2 PAYG phone, is... Well, remember that old Galaxy S2 I tried to sell on eBay ages ago? I had it unlocked, and have put an O2 PAYG SIM card in it.
Anyway, I found out why the new SIM doesn't work, I spoke to live chat last week re the lost SIM, and they put a bar on it, but I now have a new SIM which I put into my S3, but the bar is probably still in place, so I'm going to ring up or go to O2 shop in Meadowhall this week and get that removed.

The phone works now, I think the SIM card was incorrectly inserted the wrong way round or something.
