Hi does anyone know is there an alternative way to contact them, perhaps via email to request for my PAC? I heard there is an online form that I can write. Instead of calling that cost me 25p, I believe there is a much cheaper way?

If your totally angry at O2 write to them (recorded delivery) using the OfCom template (below) which CLEARY states O2 must give the PAC code within 48 hours of having received the request.
