Issues logging in to Prsnt app to redeem Blue Monday Codes

Hi,

Has anyone managed to find out how to log back into Prsnt App if you have an account already but have been logged out? I have changed my phone, but mobile number & email are the same but when I have installed the prsnt app I can't find  any way to log in and if I use the details to create an account I get a message saying I have an account and to log in!! Tried emailing the support team at Prsnt but no reply! Has anyone any experience of this and how to resolve?

Your only option is to try uninstalling nad reinstalling the App, other than that is is down to contact PRSNT who I will be honest are not the best at responding to anyone.. 

You could try them on X  at @my_prsnt 


There is nothing anyone can do to help, as they are a 3rd party

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
