I ordered a phone on December the 2nd, got sent the contracts, payment got taken, paid for next day delivery but the order is still processing, spoke on the bot chat and phoned up but no answers, does anyone know why this is please?

I am having the same problem, ordered on 9-12-23 paid for Sunday delivery, my order is still processing.
I have phoned up twice on 202 but just got told sorry and can take 3-5 working days to get a reply back from packing team.
