I ordered my device on 5/12. I was wondering if anyone else has ordered at the same or similar date and had received their order yet?

Welcome to the O2 community 

There have been delays due to  a chemical leak at the distribution centre. 

Many o2 customers are affected. 

It seems that the centre has restarted hopefully orders will be out soon.

Hello, yes I am aware of the delays, I was just wondering if anyone had ordered around the same date and had received their order yet as I was told it could be up to the 20th for delivery. Thank you 😊

I ordered my upgrade on the 5th and I'm still waiting. It still says "processing"

A few people posted yesterday that they had received their phones.

It might be worth contacting sales.

i orderd the same day as you and nothing yet
