Been over a week now waiting for my new upgraded phone , and the same text message every day at 16.26 saying we are sorry blah blah blah... Not good enough. Is every other customer experiencing this poor service?

There are multiple threads on the issue to do with the warehouse in Northampton been closed for a period due to an ammonia leak... So I would suggest doing a search to find the information
