Ive read loads of threads about the delay on the warehouse of peoples orders. I am equally peeved off! I ordered on 30/11/24 and still waiting. After numerous messages and calls finally get some definitive answer altho couldnt give me exact date. I did ask would it be before Christmas, the advisor said it would be, but Im not holding my breath! 
below is the response i received from the chat i had today with an advisor 


"I understand that you’re eager to receive your device, and I sincerely apologize for the delay.
Due to a known issue with our warehouse, there has been an unexpected delay in sending out devices to customers. We have set up a temporary warehouse to assist with this situation, but unfortunately, we no longer have a specific date for when your device will be dispatched.
Please know that we are working diligently to resolve this and get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive text updates as soon as your device is dispatched, so please keep an eye on your notifications.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out."

 

If only they were transparent and honest about the delay and not give a fake date on when its getting delivered they would have improved their customer service! Good luck everyone on getting their orders I hope you get them before Christmas christmas_tree. And if you do receive your order please us know so we can have some hope! ☺️
