Thank you to Mudit and Michelle (capita management). Normally online chats a useless and difficult, however O2 surprised me with great customer service and results.

I wanted a new phone, mine had died due to a water (1year old toddler ) issue and they birth helped with a fantastic upgrade, easy to carry out online, no laborious lengthy phone calls, upgrade with a very competitive deal indeed.

You can also check to see if your homeowner's insurance will cover your phone. Some banks have insurance coverage for phones too.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Insurance of any description will help you out should you have any problems in the future. Home insurance is the best option, add personal items up to a certain value at no extra cost.
