3 weeks ago I bought an iphone 4 and was excited about finally getting rid of my Blackberry. I chatted online to an 02 advisor who said they'd cancel my blackberry bolt on and send out a micro sim, which would take 3-5 days. 8 days went past and no micro sim, so i again spoke with an 02 advisor online who said that as I was only on PAYG, they could not check to see if the micro sim had been sent out. Last Saturday they said they'd arrange for another micro sim to be sent out and again would take 3-5 days to arrive. I've STILL not got the micro sim!!! Have to say, i'm drastically losing faith in 02 and now looking at leaving, which is a shame as i've been with them for many years. It's extremely difficult for me to go into an 02 store due to family responsibilities, and thought that by going online it would make things easier! (Obviously not!)

Was this just live chat or an advisor on the phone?
Can you not get someone to pick up a free microsim from an o2 shop for you then do the sim swap process online?
