I am not at all happy about the o2 website as it would not let me webchat to find out why there is a problem with the pay your bill page. Also when I did it was extremely slow and did not take the payment properly so now I have to wait (as there is a technical problem yet again?)and see if it does and if it doesn't it will make my payment yet again!!!! It does this to me quite a bit. Does anyone else have a problem with the website?

I'm not sure if there is a problem with the payment system but check with your bank to see if the money has been debited. If not I would ring 202 to make the payment.

I've just tried it and it was ok for me, are you using a phone or pc?
Try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser.

Not entirely sure what it is you are saying is going wrong - but you should be grateful that webchat won't let you go onto it!
If you can't make a payment from your computer - why not call 202 and pay via the automated line or speak to a customer service advisor?
If a successfull payment is taken you will be given a reference number so you know it has been paid.

use 202 for accounts issues as web chat arent very good at complicated issues such as bills
