Speculating on computer glitch.

Just spoke to my son (I'm away from home) - at home there are 3 phones on O2 PAYG, his is working, the other two not. So can't be a power outage or water damage .. obvious I know. Sounds like some central computer system somewhere has lost or corrupt...

No Service - Bath

I have had no signal since lunch time, my son has a Tesco mobile which is O2 network coverage, why does he have a signal and O2 customers haven't????

Really annoyed with o2 ... Why was no-one informed ? I rely on my mobile for my job ... Will be considering changing providers, and so will the rest of my family ! We deserve some sort of compensation.... Pull yr fingers out o2 .... You're gonna lose...

I too have been without service since 13:00. This is the last straw as soon as it comes back on i will be looking to cancel my contract early as the service over the past 2 months as been appalling. Whats really annoying is that you can go to France ...
