I called to make a payment towards a bill which I arranged a payment plan with a O2 Payments Manager called Jennifer. This was set and I have kept to the agreement, sadly with no surprise O2 have not. I called to make the usual monthly payment and they took full amount owed. Which I did not agree too. Have I had my monbey back???? No!
I have South Africa tell me a refund for a large amount has been raised and guess what..........NOTHING!
I have had UK claim they have sorted this for me and refunded the money with 5-7 days. NOTHING!
I have called Payments teams, Customer Service, requested manager callbacks........NOTHING!
They have stolen my money and will not give it back.
DO NOT COME TO THIS RIP OFF THIEVING COMPANY.
LIARS, INCOMPETENT AND THIEVES.

@Pauldannymason1 All we can do is tag an O2 online account advisor. She will be back online tomorrow morning at 8 am. If you lodge a formal complaint she will be unable to help.
