I recently bought an iPhone 6S sim free mobile, my old mobile was a 5c, when I tried to put my SIM card which is O2 into my new phone it states that the new phone was not caparabke with this SIM card and I had to contact my service provider to iron out this issue.
The new phone hasn't issues, it's brand new, so why is my sim from O2 not recognised

Where did you buy 6s from?
It sounds like it's network locked.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Certainly sounds like the free sim advertised isn't as advertised....

Hi @Anonymous How are you getting on? Did you manage to sort out your phone in the end?
