Plastic SIM cards will go, but the MNVO'S will hold things back

I expect the Pixel 11 or 12 not to have a card slot. It's been dumped in America

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Excuse my ignorance but if there's no SIM cards, how do they access the Network?

As I have said before until all networks start offering eSIM. It will be a good few years until the SIM card is phased out.
For the likes of o2 still don’t seem to offer eSIM for its pay and go customers and it was only just the other week that Smarty started offering eSIM.

I have been using an iPhone since 2016 when I got given a second hand iPhone 5s and have since used the 6s and iPhone 11 and now have the iPhone 16. Have also had the iPad Mini 4 and have been using the iPad Mini 6 over 4 years now. Also just the other week got the Apple Watch series 10 to replace a Fitbit and use the AirPods 3 but thinking of getting the AirPods Pro.
