O2's Daylight Robbery FTAO Their Staff.

When I received my mobile upgrade from Virgin - circa November 2012 - I put my Virgin sim in my new phone and my O2 sim in my Blackberry. I had plenty of O2 credit. However, O2 used it all up for nothing by deducting £1 a day from it for me to use the internet or whatever - which I never did; nor did I ask to do.

You at O2 must be able to see all this under my O2 mobile phone number. I want that money refunded to my phone because, otherwise, it is simply what I have called it in the title of this thread, O2's Daylight Robbery!

Press call end till you get to blank home screen then scroll to very top and click scroll wheel. If you can't figure it out pop into an O2 store and ask them to show you.

I have managed to find two Home Pages when I click on the browser icon. One is Home Page (Blckberry Bookmark) and the other is Home Page (O2 Active).

Sorry no, if your phone uses the network you will be charged, finding out how it works will enable you to control it.

Restart the phone and the screen it comes on with is your home screen.

Why do you keep blaming O2 for your lack of knowledge on how to use your phone? You have a user manual that came with the phone. Use it. If you don't have it any more, go to Google and download it. It isn't O2's responsibilty if you buy a phone that you don't know how to use. Either learn how to use it or buy a phone that doesn't require any technical knowledge.
