O2 Priority Moments is here

Hello Everyone,
I'm delighted to announce that we’re launching O2 Priority moments today. It’s an exclusive new location-based offers service for O2 customers.
The service goes beyond current voucher schemes by combining exclusive money-saving deals from leading, recognisable brands with a range of enhanced experiences that make everyday interactions with these brands better for O2 customers. During the launch period there will be over 40 individual offers from 30 brands, available for customers to use at over 3500 high street outlets across the country.
Priority Moments is now available for O2 customers to download or access through their phones. To access the service customers can simply text ‘moments’ to 2020.

Nice to know you've downloaded the App and have already started using it
With regards to the store not available on the map, could you PM me the store name and the offer, so we can investigate further please?

So how does this app work then from a technical perspective? Using the GPS part of the phone or the nearest transmitter?
BTW, I have neither an iphone or an Android nor a data plan so its not quite true that it won't cost me anything!

on iphone uses gps as asks permission and was on wifi as per the screen shot above

All set up and working ok although much better on wifi. Some of the offers are quite good :mansurprised:

another minor error in the small print for little chef olympic upgrade not all little chef have the new heston blumental menu and there online menus show the difference
I think the app and small print need a bit of work 2 offers looked at 2 errors.

@sheepdog - the answer to your question is GPS for iPhone & Android users and network look up for mobile or wifi for Mobile Web users.

abs looks like google maps pin errors Just reported on google and also moved it to its correct place so will see if it improves.
