Hello Everyone,
I'm delighted to announce that we’re launching O2 Priority moments today. It’s an exclusive new location-based offers service for O2 customers.
The service goes beyond current voucher schemes by combining exclusive money-saving deals from leading, recognisable brands with a range of enhanced experiences that make everyday interactions with these brands better for O2 customers. During the launch period there will be over 40 individual offers from 30 brands, available for customers to use at over 3500 high street outlets across the country.
Priority Moments is now available for O2 customers to download or access through their phones. To access the service customers can simply text ‘moments’ to 2020.
For more details check out our blog post: http://cot.ag/pgG9GQ
Thanks
Abs

I too had a problem but with trying to get the app via the O2 site, so I went directly to Android Market and got it without any difficulty.

Hi Abs, do you know which APN this app uses? Most Blackberry bolt ons will include the Blackberry & WAP APNs, but the mobile.o2.co.uk APN is chargeable.

If you use the normal blackberry browser to initiate priority moments web based App, then it'd be included to your bolt-on.

I am trying to use O2 Moments on a BlackBerry Torch 9800, I've gone through all of the registration, but whenever I want to access the Moments again via the web, I have to go through the registration again, is this correct? Oh, and is there an App for BlackBerrys to use.

There is a few things you can try on the handset to solve your issue.
Make sure you have a data connection
Turn off WiFi
Restart the device
If on Pay & Go Check you have credit (To access the web)
Try to access the site.
There's not an app for Blackberry at the moment but it should be fully accessible from the mobile web on the handset.
If you continue to have issues after completing the above steps give our Customer service team a call and they will raise the issue.

Hi Abs,
I was wondering if the App could include an option to enter your location manually. This would do 2 things.
1. Allow iPod Touch Users to use the app whilst tethered to a phone.
2. Allow other users to use when no GPS is detectable.
Thanks
Drew.
