Hello Everyone,
I'm delighted to announce that we’re launching O2 Priority moments today. It’s an exclusive new location-based offers service for O2 customers.
The service goes beyond current voucher schemes by combining exclusive money-saving deals from leading, recognisable brands with a range of enhanced experiences that make everyday interactions with these brands better for O2 customers. During the launch period there will be over 40 individual offers from 30 brands, available for customers to use at over 3500 high street outlets across the country.
Priority Moments is now available for O2 customers to download or access through their phones. To access the service customers can simply text ‘moments’ to 2020.

Hi, I'm an O2 customer with a bb bold 9000 phone. I registered on the site to receive a link for the app, but when I access that link from my phone (on a 3G network), it tells me I'm using wifi and to turn it off.. Not sure how to sort this out. Can anyone help?

Just checked the app and my nearest odeon that showed yesterday is now not showing perhaps the odeon offer has been pulled temp due to some posting about confusion on what films were excluded?

I don't know if it's different for business customers but the advisor did answer you here:
"All updates will not be shown on the moments. It'll only show offers of certain companies that have provided the details to O2 or who've signed with O2 for this facility."
If your local cinema isn't included in the offers then you won't get it.
If they join at some later stage then you will, and the offers will be tuned to wherever you happen to be at the time you check Moments.
It's still very new and I expect more offers will come in time.

I am on business and all offers show on my iphone app as stated above the odeon is now not showing but was yesterday (my nearest some 27 miles away in bath)

Hi Adam, I think something has gone wrong as there is another thread from someone who says the discount didn't apply for the new Harry Potter film when they tried to use it.
Apparently the app doesn't mention it's only valid for certain films.
Perhaps it's been withdrawn while they sort it out?

But restricted times and films have always been the case with special offers and cinema's. Goes way back but basically they want to fill seats to maximise capacity at non-peak times and if its a popular film, they're going to capitilise on that.

I can get into the offers and see the t&cs fine however the issue I have is that each time I use it I get the main page asking me to Agree to the service, set up my preferences and save. It then states it's set a cookie so I can use it via wifi but it doesn't appear to work since even visiting again via the network it's like I've never used it before... 😐
