So, I was casually browsing the O2 site just now and discovered O2 Guru and the TV section!
Why havent O2 made this resource more obvious? Videos and other resources for each phone! Its really good!

I agree they're very good. I don't know why O2 don't use stuff like this in their television marketing. Really show off the Gurus and what they can do while also explaining that they're ready to help regardless of what network the customer is on. No other network is doing this.
