Something seriously wrong at O2: no customer support email address! Apparently no customer complaints procedure! No way to contact , especially when travelling! One (1) hour in queue trying to speak to a human being. O2 continue to debit my account with unrecognisable charges. Customer service : nil; customer support in time of need: nil. Martin Lewis (consumer guru) HELP !!! Wait til I get home O2☹️😬😠 is this a sign of things to come 😩

I doubt O2 will be too worried about your return home.
There is no email for customer service and hasn't been for at least 10 years or more.
