Added the cellular Apple Watch plan 17 days ago and it's still not working. I made a call to 202 after 3 days of no service and after waiting 40 minutes I was given a ref number and told this would be passed on to the O2 special Guru team and I would get a resolution within 5-7 working days. I didn't get a reply or the problem resolved so I phoned again yesterday and after 30 minutes in a call cue was told it's still ongoing. I told the lady on the phone this was unacceptable and said if it's not resolved in 24 hours I will be switching to another provider after years of being with O2. Following yesterdays call to them I didn't even receive a message acknowledgement from O2. If it's not up and running by this afternoon I will be requesting a PAC to change supplier and will never use the network again.

@Karl8935

If requesting a PAC, you will need to pay off your current term for the device if you are on a refresh plan, the same for the watch if purchased through o2, as o2 will block the port until this is done.

My contract has expired and I just pay by DD on a month to month basis. My new Apple watch was a gift and not supplied by O2.

Had this message for over two weeks now on the Apple Watch app on my iPhone 14 when I click on Mobile service setup.
