O2 Boost Box, phone not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

We have a boost box in the office which works great, however since I upgraded to an iphone 5, and did the sim swap (same number) I no longer have any signal, we have tried turning both devices off and on again, but still no signal on my phone (others are fine). Any ideas or help would be much appreciated,

Many Thanks,

Tim

You need to talk to o2 and get the imei changed on the system it is not the sim but the imei that is used for authentication from what I have read
