Number Porting problem

i am having great trouble..

i had ported my number from three to O2 on 22 January.. my number three is deactivate as soon i used the pac code.

but in O2 i still not got my Old number.. 

its still on temporary number.

i am using PaYG sim.

 i called customer service they saying the number and the pac code locked.. so i need to contact Three.. but three says number gone from their system they cant do anything..

now please someone help me.. my number is deactivated since 7day and i cant use my secure apps Ex: bank apps etc

Both @MI5 and I have suggested above that you try contacting O2's social media team, as they are well thought of. Have you done so ?

yeah Dear.. i think this is the last hope..

 they replied on Messenger..they took otp from me.. the. they went offline..

 now i am waiting for their reply tomorrow.. let see what happen.. the number is very important for me.

what you think.. they can fix this?

The social media team have a good reputation but do tend to be very busy ; if you don't hear back from them, you'll need to keep reminding them ! 😀

I am sure that they will sort this but you need to keep giving them a friendly poke.

yeah bro.. i am sending them msg after every 2 hours.. they said they sent my problem to porting Team.. after the reply.. they will let me know.. let see what happen.. i will keep let you guys update

Voila!!!

after contacting on social media.. yesterday i went to O2 Store.. then there was a Beautiful Girl Member.. she said she will look for it on her laptop.. then she contacted with o2 customer service team..

they took my information.. after that they said they will definitely fix my problem within 48hours..

and today at  2.30pm(GMT 0)..

i saw my temporary o2 number disconnected from network..

then i restarted my sim and Voila!!!!!.

my old number is back alive🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍..

thank you guys.. you guys said i should keep them chasing.. and i did.. and i got succeeded..😍😍😍 Thank everyone for the support
