I’m trying to upgrade my phone but when getting to the confirm identification part I’m not receiving the verification code that is being sent. Ive requested again but still not receiving a text with the code. Obviously all shops are ****** so can’t go to an O2 shop and found ringing 202 were not helpful so how am I supposed to upgrade? Has anyone else had this problem and did you resolve it? Thanks

If you aren't getting the code then you need to call O2. They are taking calls about upgrades.
