Hello,
I was given an o2 sim as an add-on to my broadband deal years ago to make it cheaper for the initial term.
I never needed the sim, but accepted it because it made my virgin broadband deal cheaper. I have never used the sim, and did not set it up.
When my broadband term ended (about 2years ago!), I tried cancelling the SIM only deal with o2, however without the number to use as verification this has been impossible.
I have tried calling, live chat, going in store, logging in to my o2 - they all cannot help or require the 6 digit code sent to the number I don't have.
To be able to order a new SIM, they also require a 6 digit code. So I am completely stuck.
What do I need to do to cancel? I have been stuck in this never-ending cycle of trying to cancel and being told I can't for about 2 years now.
Thanks,
