No order confirmation email

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. I ordered the new nokia lumia 630 friday, still didn't have no confirmation email, spoke to numeros people got told different things. The first guy said that my order had gone through and would be with me by monday, then the other people said there's no information about my order at all. The money got deducted from my bank account, I just want my new phone that I have paid for or my money back. Very annoyed with o2 right now, as they don't deal with stuff as well as i thought. would like to know if any one has the same problem or similar problem

If you ordered Friday I wouldn't expect you to get the phone yet unless you paid for Saturday delivery?

Is here anything at all showing in My O2?

Yeah I know that I won't receive the phone yet, just think its a little weird how I haven't had any confirmation about my email, apparently they can't find my order but the money has been deducted from my account, I'll wait until tomorrow then contact them by phone
