Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?
There has been a network failure at a YATEs point where construction work has knocked off the power. The whole of the O2 network in the UK is having problems due to this and have no timescales to when this will be fixed. Customer services had over a thousand people in the queue by the time it got to 8:45pm and most advisors would have been unaware until this point.
The outage has also affected Orange and Vodafone networks.
Gloucester seems to be the same! my phone is showing i have signal but keeps saying "Limited Service" cannot txt or make outgoing calls, My husband tried calling me but it keeps goin straight to voicemail! thought i had been cut off!
