Making calls and using data
We continue working hard to address the issue affecting services in parts of N and E London, Kent and E Sussex.
This was caused by theft and vandalism at one of our operations sites in E London.
We sincerely apologise to affected customers and will update progress regularly.
This update has just been posted:
The damage caused by the theft of cables and cards has been assessed and a loss inventory taken. Recovery work is now underway. Initial estimates predict a level of service availability on 2G and 3G networks by approximately 16:00.

One part of a day, let's say £1, and you want compensation, are you serious?
