No access to Network

Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

Same here in Belfast on an iPhone Pay as You Go - I have full signal but cannot phone or text anyone.

Yay! I'm glad someone managed to tell them. Surely there should be some sort of way to alert them to this via the website! Because even if you emailed them you wouldn't hear back for 24hours or whatever they say! Silly Silly...

I just called them and got told their computers are down! (what ever company i call their computers are always down ........ lol)

anyways she said the whole network has crashed and hopefully be back up tomorrow!

pffffffffffffffffft like hell they don't know, I bet any money they monitor phone traffic which is now 0 !

But on a brighter note vodaphone still works as well as my Tmobile mobile broadband connection

I'm in Plymouth,mine's down too. Didn't even notice until I tried to make a phone call and couldn't. Won't allow me to text or ring out. Very frustrating this has happened a few times to me now and as I'm a student I have no means of ringing them to tell them about the problem. You can't seem to access the tool to check the network status either.

Are they aware of that the problem is not just limited to Cheltenham?

Have tryed other O2 phones in the house and they work, just just seems to be mine 😞

I don't think the whole network is down?? Maybe just people on contract as my boyfriend is on O2 pay as you go and his is working fine, he's just emailed :robotindifferent:

That's great use having no network until tomorrow, really useful having no phone :robotmad:

just spoke to customer service they have an outage across the country they are aware and working on it no further info about when it will come back though just hopfully tonight must be a massive problem for them you have to feel for their customer service reps tonight
