Dear Guru,
I have now received an upgrade - Sony Experia - from you. I applied for it online via an email from you advising me it was time to upgrade. When I received my phone, it came with a new number and account number. This means that I now have 2 accounts for both numbers, which obviously I don't want as I don't want 2 bills. Can you let me know what I should do? Also can you advise me how to reset my new phone so that I can receive voicemail etc.?

Ring customer services for free from your contract number 202 to get this resolved.
They will also advise on voicemail setup etc.
But voice mail shortcodes 1750 turns it on 1760 turns it off
