For the last 8 months there as been major network call and data problems in dunstable LU6 2 area, I have been told this is due to over load on the network if this is the case how long does it take to had more sites.
Can some please tell me if or when this problem will be sorted as customer services are a waste of time.

It certainly sounds like a network issue if this is happening on 3 phones. Have you reported this to O2 and checked the masts in your area?

what is the exact postcode as dn9 is very large or what is shown on the status page above for the exact postcode.
Is this on 2g and 3g or both?

Hi
I am in Leicester (LE3 1UQ) and have had no mobile internet for three days, feeling pretty frustrated now!
Any word on when this will be sorted?

The fact that it is showing on the status means O2 are aware of the problem and will resolve it as soon as possible. As said though, O2 won't commit to a timescale.

I appreciate that things breakdown etc but three days seems a bit excessive to me?

It can take several weeks to fix a network fault.
