What is the point of this new MyO2 "Notifications" section?
It correctly shows that, as I cannot access my previous bills yet on the new platform, my request for a copy of a bill (twice!) shows in the new GUI, but nothing appears in my mail (no, not even in my SPAM folder, as the agents encouraged me to check!)?
Also clicking "show e-mail" near the top of the notification results in:
And *still* now copy of the bill, neither from the Virtual Assistant route on Saturday or the Social Media attempt, started Friday, acknowledged early Sunday morning, and "bill e-mailed now£ promised on Sunday at about 8pm.
