2. Take a look in O2's shop, and check against the likes of AffordableMobiles, Uswitch, etc (Google is your friend here!)

1. You login to Myo2 and then you can see your bill in full. https://mymobile.o2.co.uk
2. You will need to contact Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone
3. Not sure what you mean, the community is very user friendly, the rest of the o2 site is the same as all mobile networks websites some parts are, some parts arent.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
