I traded my phone in for and agreed price and everything was wiped off. I have since been told that they have found some damage on the phone and only give me half they offered. I asked for the phone back with all the apps and data that they wiped restored and they said they can't do that it's up to me to do that. I want the phone back in the same condition I gave it.???

Once a phone is factory reset it can only be restored from your own personal back up

Agreed about O2 recycle though, bunch of bandits

Usual excuse these days is screen burn or dead pixels

Get the phone back and sell it on ebay or local CEX store
