Terrible service

 Worst service I've ever come across staff in call centre don't know a thing and can't understand you and are completely useless and when they don't know how to deal with your query they just hang up on you. Website takes you in circles and just has alot of bull****** on it. ******ing terrible company

You need to contact O2.
