Most of my O2 isnt functioning!!!

I really want to check my bill and manage my O2 product but every time I click on any link such as 'view your bill' or 'make a statement' the website fails. This is so frustrating. When will this bug be fixed and is it happening to anybody else?

They will have asked for your bank details when you set up the contract and an email/text telling you they were taking the money from your chosen account which they send 2 weeks before payment is due.

I just paid by calling 202 but still unsure whether i set up direct debit. I recieved an email telling me my bill a few days ago and it said 'We'll request this amount from your chosen account on, or just after, the date in your bill.' Does that mean that they will take it from my bank account or they are expecting me to pay it?

 

Sorry about all this, its the very first time I have used pay monthly....

That should mean that you set up a direct debit. Can you check your bank account online? It should show you what direct debits, if any, that you have set up.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Alright....so because I have just paid will it take it out again or not? I can check my bank online but unsure how to see direct debits. I will have a look.

It shouldn't if there is about 7 days before the payment is due, if it does you will get a credit and not have to pay next month.
