I really want to check my bill and manage my O2 product but every time I click on any link such as 'view your bill' or 'make a statement' the website fails. This is so frustrating. When will this bug be fixed and is it happening to anybody else?

So i tried internet explorer and still no luck. I also tried to send a blank text to 2102 but my phone won't allow me to send a message with no writing so no luck there either!

I've just tried it online and it worked eventually but the site is very slow and timed out on My Bill.

You may have to just enter a space then it should allow you to send it

That's the wrong number. You need to send it to 21202. Try putting the word BALANCE in, if your phone won't let you send a blank text.

I sent the message after using a space but it just said 'cant send message' and the browser opera also doesn't work.
