rather confused........i spoke to an advisor online to give me help regarding ending my sons contract but as i dont speak to my son any more i dont have the number but provided all other details of direct debit dates and my current 02 number and email address only to be told that my current phone number has been disconnected which i find strange as at this very moment i am using it trying to get through to 02 which i am having no joy with as i have now been on hold for 35 minutes......i'm not very impressed at all.

I know its frustrating but handg on in there by trying to contact 02 via telephone.
However If the contract is in your sons name you wont be able to cancel the contract.
