I really want to check my bill and manage my O2 product but every time I click on any link such as 'view your bill' or 'make a statement' the website fails. This is so frustrating. When will this bug be fixed and is it happening to anybody else?

Thankyou. That worked and showed me my messages and calls i have left left and when i need to top up again which is almost what i wanted. However it gave me a link to click on to show my data usage and the link doesnt work. It just says -'Sorry, we can't find the page you're after. You may have typed the page address incorrectly or the page you were looking for may have been moved, updated or deleted'.

Yes, sending 'BALANCE' worked but I still don't know how to pay for my bill as it won't work. I don't know if I have direct debit set up or not or how to check that either.

You can pay by calling 2729 and using a debit card.
We wouldn't know if you have set up a direct debit, only you could know that.

Okay I suppose I could call to pay it. How do you check if you have set up direct debit or not?
