Iam totally astonished that my monthly and my husband's monthly bill is increasing from approximately 9 pounds sterling to £32 - if this is the intention then I am sorry but we will go  to another provider.  Await your comments on how this massive increase is reached.

Your MyO2 should help, but as this is not O2, nobody here can help you as account access is not possible, @MR01.
