Michael Buble Tickets

Anonymous
Not applicable

I came online at 8:50 am this morning so I could try and get some Michael Buble tickets but everytime that I logged in it wouldn't let me on to the site. I eventually got in around 9:20am and am still sitting in the 'Ticketing System waiting line'. I checked on other sites such as Ticketmaster and Get Me In onlt to find that tickets are on sale for 3 times the price. If O2 wanted tickets to be sold simply for O2 customers only then stop sites such as Get Me In getting tickets as it is unfair to us O2 customers.

Hi guys,

Let me also cross-post my post from here:

Thanks for raising this. Due to the popularity of the Michael Buble tickets, we're currently experiencing higher than normal volumes. Because of that, you might be experiencing difficulties with the login portal.

We're aware of the problem and we're currently working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible. I'll keep you updated in this thread as to where we are with fixing the issue.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might be causing you.

Best,
Leonard

Have you managed to purchase tickets yet? I'm stuck on the select a date/select a ticket price page. The page says eneter your bank details while you are waiting but there isnt anywhere to enter them. Has anyone managed to get tickets??

I'm still sitting on the Ticketing system page, O2 clearly can't deal with the demand of the tickets. I don't know anyone who has been able to purchase tickets in this way. There are tickets availble on the site Get Me In but they are selling for £100+. It is unfair for us as loyal customers that we don't get 'priority' like we were supposed to.

I've been stuck in the 'virtual waiting room' for over 2 hours now. Not even sure what date or seats I'm getting or whether I've got another opportunity to change them! I'd interested to know too if anyone has got any yet???

I've been trying all morning and now having got one stage further it says that tickets are not on sale to general public!

Whats going on?

Should I just give up?

Leonard

I can understand the demand

But

I run several businesses and to offer a priority system that doesn't exist, after heavy advertising and build up is somewhat poor if not false advertising

O2 should be ashamed and it's lack of forethought

People who have taken the time to report this should be recognised

Jonathan
