Michael Buble Tickets

Not applicable

I came online at 8:50 am this morning so I could try and get some Michael Buble tickets but everytime that I logged in it wouldn't let me on to the site. I eventually got in around 9:20am and am still sitting in the 'Ticketing System waiting line'. I checked on other sites such as Ticketmaster and Get Me In onlt to find that tickets are on sale for 3 times the price. If O2 wanted tickets to be sold simply for O2 customers only then stop sites such as Get Me In getting tickets as it is unfair to us O2 customers.

After over a hour on the phone I managed to get through on the disability priority line and book two tickets ,the gentleman was most helpful with suggesting tickets and seating ,so maybe I was just lucky ,he did keep telling me I had to have a blue badge ,keep it with me at ALL times cause checks would be made ,and he did ask me for my pre registration  number or he would not be able to help me ,so all in all I had a reasonable time and even managed to pre book a parking space .

I have tried twice. First sale waited in waiting room for 40 mins and gave up. Tickets started selling on ebay by this time!

Second time, on Wednesday i looged in at 9 and after a few mins was offered Row e front block seats!!!! Got through only to be confronted with AXS which i didn`t understand. You could log in with Facebook (not sure wanted to do that) or fill in address etc. Thought i was already logged in with that info. Did it, filling in CC details and told me about to run out. They went!!!! I have never been so angry and still am. I have written to AXS even. I am sure they were not there last year when i bought tickets for Andrea Bocelli last Nov for next week.. I am still angry! O2 should be ashamed offering so called priority tickets really. General sale are sold out. People on Ebay selling some ticket for £1000!! Grrrrrrr! Rant over. Anyone agree with me??

Sorry to see that so many people had trouble getting tickets. I managed to get tickets off AXS on wednesday morning within about 15mins. Was put in waiting room for 10 mins then managed to log in with my facebook account. First time I tried to get 2 tickets for level 1 it said there were not any available but tried again with best available seats and got offered Block 112 row T which I accepted and managed to pay for. I think it is pure luck if you manage to get tickets. The whole ticketing system is rubbish, it seems like the website crashes if too many people go on it at the same time and then people end up losing their tickets if they take too long entering credit card details. Seeing tickets being sold on ebay for a grand is awful. Touts are taking advantage of the situation just to make a profit and other people end up missing out despite being logged on at 9am!
