I came online at 8:50 am this morning so I could try and get some Michael Buble tickets but everytime that I logged in it wouldn't let me on to the site. I eventually got in around 9:20am and am still sitting in the 'Ticketing System waiting line'. I checked on other sites such as Ticketmaster and Get Me In onlt to find that tickets are on sale for 3 times the price. If O2 wanted tickets to be sold simply for O2 customers only then stop sites such as Get Me In getting tickets as it is unfair to us O2 customers.

What a fiasco!
We knew the O2 Priority Ticket site would be extremely busy because so many artists' priority tickets were released for sale at exactly the same time.
Because of this we, hopefully, excitedly and patiently, waited...and waited...and waited in the 'Waiting Room' after . . .
We had filled in our names, addresses and card details!
Then that message asking for the elusive password.
We frantically tried to find it but to no avail.
What on earth happened?
Did anyone actually receive one?
Of course - because the tickets were most probably sold out within an hour or less.
Why were the rest of us left hanging on for hours and not informed of the situation?
That's what rankles the most.
Having said all that, I would most definitely try for Michael Buble O2 Priority tickets again on the off chance that next time I'd be lucky
XOX for Michael and another series of successful shows here in the UK

I've been trying since 9 this morning to get tickets for the above - getting through and filling out the details only to be told that there are no tickets available, try putting in different details ..... Is this really true? the first time I got the message was 8 minutes past 9 - so the priority booking should only have been open for 9 minutes! Please can you tell me if I'm wasting my time - six hours at it is p-ing me off.....

WellWell eBay it is then!
After 8 hours, three different numbers trying, 4 different people on iPads and pcs it took till 3pm to get a sniff at a seat
Then only things available were individual seats on any night
There goes that Xmas pressie
So please tell me who managed to get tickets and how?
Since thesite was snagged and yet it was sold out?
This was my first attempt on here and considering from my phone it said 'not available to the public yet' it made me laugh it was an O2 app on an O2 phone
Still hoping O2 has a conscience to us who tried
We'll see

The system o2 has for"priority tickets" is a joke. People are selling them within minutes on seatwave, get me in etc, the higest price, while I'm still in the virtual waiting room, i have found is, 2 floor tickets £1972.00 for 2 tickets costing £150.00!!! tickets for genuine fans only? by the time I waited 3 hours in this wonderful waiting room, when I finally got thru there was only level 4 tickets left (and Im disabled so I cant use these tickets ) We have tickets to Robbie Williams, we have to collect out tickets on the night, with the original credit card and further ID in hand, Robbie Williams wants his tickets to go to genuine fans not people who are out to make money, O2 Priority needs to take a leaf out of Mr Williams Book and offer tickets to people who really want to see the concerts

I'm not here to troll chaps, but I managed to get tickets. Admittedly probably not the best seats in the house, but they are together and I can consider my Xmas brownie points secured.
I think the waiting room as the issue. I tried at 9am exactly and got nowhere. Tried a few more times intermittently between 9-10:30, then got lucky and was able to purchase. The reason that I was able to buy seems to be that I bypassed the waiting room and went straight to the ticketing website on one of my attempts. I think that was pure luck though.
Sorry to hear everyone's tales of woe here, but it's worth trying again then they go on general sale.
