I came online at 8:50 am this morning so I could try and get some Michael Buble tickets but everytime that I logged in it wouldn't let me on to the site. I eventually got in around 9:20am and am still sitting in the 'Ticketing System waiting line'. I checked on other sites such as Ticketmaster and Get Me In onlt to find that tickets are on sale for 3 times the price. If O2 wanted tickets to be sold simply for O2 customers only then stop sites such as Get Me In getting tickets as it is unfair to us O2 customers.

When trying to buy tickets with an ipad, which doesnt work on the browser because no flash player it says "Please use a a desktop or call" BUT THERE ISN'T A TELEPHONE NUMNER!! Ive spoken to O2 customer services. I know it's not really they're stuff to help with but didn't know who else to phone. They gave me a telephone number for O2 priority moments which didnt work! They also gave me ticketmasters number.. but apparently they don't 'DO' anything over the telephone. The ipad O2 app should be selling the tickets but isn't. Really disappointed O2.

This is ridiculous. Have been on the site now for over two hours.
As others have said, the page tells you to enter payment info and check availability but doesn't let you see how to do that!
There is no indication on the screen that everything is working - I wasn't sure if my browser had frozen or something.
I only have O2 fopathetic priority tickets and this has really annoyed me. I'm sure there won't be any tickets left when I finally get through. This is really no way to make people feel like they are benefitting from a special service.

lets be honest the O2 priority booking is a selling point only., its to get people to sign up to O2, they dont care about the service because they ahev outsourced it to a 3rd party who handle the back end, if they gave a hoot about it they would ahve had the system in house and ensure it works.
all these "perks" mobile companies use are just to get numbers in the door - least with orange the orage wenesdays is simple to use and accept
if other ticket companies can advertise and sell tickets at the same time as 02 then its not a priority booking is it?
all O2 customers want is a decent capable site where customers have the "chance" of getting early tickets before ANYONE ELSE and a system which is robust to cope with the demand of a % of their customer base accessing it at one time. to say demand is high is like saying a fire is hot. its obvious. they should ensure the selling points they use such as moments and rewards actually function

i think this is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I like everyone else have been waiting since 9am this morning for 'priority' tickets only to just this minute be presented with an error message stating the following:
We are unable to continue with you request
err_1006
sorry for any inconvenience caused
Sorry for any inconvenience caused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ive been waiting 3 hours for absolutely nothing. LEONARD given that you are a community manager i would like you to provide me with a telephone number with which i can contact someone to get some Michael Buble tickets given the fact i have waited 3 hours only for me to lose my place. You (o2) are clearly advertising something falsely given the fact there has been nothing priority wise in the way i have been treated this morning. I look forward to your responce.

Has anyone managed to get further than the waiting room yet? I had a red box come up stating an error and please try again later but that's it so far. It's so frustrating. 😞
