I came online at 8:50 am this morning so I could try and get some Michael Buble tickets but everytime that I logged in it wouldn't let me on to the site. I eventually got in around 9:20am and am still sitting in the 'Ticketing System waiting line'. I checked on other sites such as Ticketmaster and Get Me In onlt to find that tickets are on sale for 3 times the price. If O2 wanted tickets to be sold simply for O2 customers only then stop sites such as Get Me In getting tickets as it is unfair to us O2 customers.

ive had one fo 3 things happen
the basic one of selecting my ticket band and saying my page will refresh when i am at th front of the queue - no place to put in card information early like ti says
second is the error - im assuming you get that when you get to the front of the queue and the system is kaput
3rd is just a dead ie window which wants to do something but just hangs IE.
also saying that it was supposed ot be sorted 1hour ago despite the obvious it hasnt, means you spent 1 hour waiting to update this formum post....apprechiate you are jsut passing on info - but that hour may make a difference on people getting tickets.

Been trying since 9 this morning, 1st time I received "enter the password you received via email" which I never received, 2nd 3rd & 4th time some error code and just, another password screen again which I havent received.
Why use such a crap system?
High volume than anticipated? BS what did you expect.
Absolutely disgusting o2, a complete wasted morning for me and many others.

i am in the same boat! i have even contacted customer services who say that they dont deal with priority tickets and couldnt inform me of who actually does! feel like i have been fobbed off!

It awful, contacted customer service who said they dont deal with priority tickets, well who does then because dont advertise things you cannot fufill!

so im finally in, and the only ticket availabole are the ones in the blue section whcih i might as well take a shuttle to the moon and use a telescope to see the stage

I am disguisted with the O2 service yet again. I have been trying to get tickets for the last two and a half hours with no luck. The page doesnt update , there is no where to put the details and I have been locked out. I have seen the post saying the prob was fixed an hour ago which is clearly a lie. I would like to know why we as long standing customers should have to put up with this. In the last few months I have had a phone that didnt work for over 24hrs due to a service prob, another day when my husbands phone (also O2) didn't work causing me to miss important messages and now a promise for priority tickets that I cant get hold off.
Please tell me why I should stay as an O2 customer when loyalty means nothing to the company and they cant forfill the false claims they make.
I would like a number or contact details to complain too. This isn't acceptable.

Hi everyone,
I'm really sorry about these difficulities, guys. We're trying to get it fixed as soon as possible.
The two main things we're working on are:
a) You're in a waiting room which should automatically refresh, but isn't
b) The page isn’t updating as you go through the ticket process
I'm waiting for an update on what’s happening with it and a possible fix we can give you guys.
As soon as I have more, I'll let you know here.
